Sevens are cards of spiritual trial, and Spades are the suit of work and health. The Seven of Spades meets obstacles more often than others, yet it is called the card of spiritual victory: through difficulty it gains a strength that those who had it easy don't have.
The Seven of Spades as a Birth Card

The Seven of Spades' main lesson is to understand that obstacles aren't punishment but training. Once it stops fighting life and starts trusting it, much becomes easier.
Strengths
- Resilience. You withstand what breaks others.
- Faith. You keep hope in hard times.
- Overcoming. You find a way out of difficult situations.
- Spiritual strength. Trials make you wiser.
The Shadow Side
Getting used to hardship can make a person pessimistic: they expect obstacles in advance and see them where there are none.
Sometimes the Seven of Spades turns life into an endless struggle and won't allow itself any lightness. Victory doesn't always have to come hard.
In Love and Relationships

The Seven of Spades does well where resilience is needed: medicine and rehabilitation, psychology, rescue services, crisis work, science, sport, spiritual practice.
Its success often comes after a long road, which makes it all the more precious.
