King of Clubs as a Birth Card

People of this card think big and for themselves. They don't take others' ideas on faith and reach their own conclusions. They need their knowledge to serve a purpose.

A King rules his suit, and the King of Clubs rules the mind: he keeps emotions in check and makes measured decisions. His path is to use his authority to help others grow.

• Strategic thinking. You see the picture several steps ahead.
• An independent mind. You reach your own conclusions.
• Leadership. People trust your decisions.
• Wise counsel. Your words help others find their way.

Confidence in your own mind can make you domineering. The person believes they always know better and can't stand being contradicted.

Sometimes the King of Clubs lives more in his head than in life: he analyses feelings instead of living them. Wisdom includes the heart too.

You are a dependable, wise partner others can lean on. Respect and intellectual closeness matter to you.

Share your feelings, not only your decisions. Your partner needs to know not just what you think but what you feel.

The King of Clubs is equal to leadership and expert roles: running a company, strategy and consulting, science, law, university teaching, writing, politics.

He builds a career on a reputation as someone who thinks more deeply than others.

The King is the summit of the suit of Clubs, its highest court card. He closes the suit of the mind, and after him begin the Diamonds, the suit of values. His days come up in every month, January to December.
